As all items are handmade at our Sunnyblue studio, turnaround time can range from 3 to 7 days.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars inclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax. Prices are subject to change without notice and may differ from prices available elsewhere.
Payment
The website automatically takes payment for your order via Paypal. PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments, enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. Please contact us before you place your order should you wish not to use the PayPal site and to pay via: Direct Deposit. Please note that payment via direct deposit generally takes a few days to be completed, your order will be shipped out once payment has been confirmed.
Postage
All orders are shipped from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland using regular Australia Post. Approximate delivery times are metropolitan areas within 3 business days, regional areas within 5 business days. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time.
Shipping charges are calculated just before checkout based on weight.

Refund & Return Policy
Refunds will only be given in the event of damaged or faulty stock but please be reassured that I check my items thoroughly before posting out. Please read all descriptions including measurements & fibre content etc as refunds will not be given if you fail to read these or if you change your mind. Please let me know if you have any problems with your order and I would be more than happy to help.

If a refund is required, you will only be refunded the cost of the item, not postage and the cost of sending the item back will be your responsibility (unless faulty). You will only receive a refund when I have received the item and checked that it is in its same original condition as it was sent to you. I do not accept any responsibility for any parcels damaged, lost or late from Australia Post.

International Orders
All prices including shipping are based on AUSTRALIA ONLY. Sunnyblue sends items all over the world, please contact us for postage quotes BEFORE ordering. The Payment gateway for Sunnyblue International orders is PayPal. Paypal will take care of the currency exchange rates.
Privacy Policy
Sunnyblue does not receive any of your credit card details when you pay through Paypal. Any personal details we do get from you (name, address, telephone or email address) will not be disclosed or used for any other secondary purposes.
